The Mission Integration Manager (MIM) works closely with the CEO of the Mater, as well as other members of the Executive team to ensure mission integration activities are successfully incorporated into hospital life. The MIM works with the department manager group, as well as staff from across the hospital to bring awareness and understanding to the Mater’s Catholic identity, heritage stories, values and ethics. The MIM is responsible for the roll-out of Formation programs at the Mater, and the ongoing Formation of leaders in the hospital. The MIM works with both the Pastoral and Spiritual Care team, and the Volunteers team to ensure best outcomes for patients and the Mater community.
